Verona Collections Summer Handbag Giveaway 2006!

Contest Rules

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Contest is open to all VC Members - Members of our Verona Collections Online Mailing List
3. Must be a subscriber of Verona Collections e-newsletter
4. Only one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address allowed. In the event of multiple entries, all entries from the one person will be declared ineligible

How to Enter Contest:

1. Entry forms must be submitted electronically by visiting www.veronacollections.com and clicking on the Verona Collections Summer Handbag Giveaway Contest 2006!
2. Participants must tell us why they love handbags or about their favorite handbag.
3. The form must be submitted using the “submit” button at the bottom of the form.
4. The contest starts on July 14th, 2006 at 5:00 pm and ends on August 4th, 2006, 5:00 pm. Entries cast after the deadline will not be considered.

Prizes:

1. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) prize. The winner can choose out of two Verona Collections handmade bags.
2. Retail value is $95.00 Canadian.
3. The winner cannot transfer or exchange prize. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.

1. The winner will be determined on or about August 7th, 2006 from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
2. The winner will be determined by a random draw of the top ten interesting handbag stories, by a Verona Collections representative.
3. The ruling is final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of the prize.
4. The winner will be contacted by Verona Collections via e-mail or by telephone if no e-mail address has been provided.
5. If no response is received from the winner within 48 hours or if the winner declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and another entrant will be selected.
6. The prize will be mailed to the contest winner within one month of the winner being announced. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that their email address and resident address information provided is accurate. If correct information is not provided to Verona Collections within one month of the contest end-date, the prize will be forfeit. Verona Collections is not responsible for lost prizes.
7. The winner must submit a comment on handbags in order to qualify for this contest
8. The winner will be announced in the next Verona Collections e-newsletter and will be posted on the website www.veronacollections.com following the contest closing date.

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Verona Collections is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay of any type in the operations or transmission, or for technical, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate, misrouted, garbled transmissions of or failure of Verona Collections to receive entry information for any reason.
2. Verona Collections reserves the right to alter or discontinue this contest at any time.
3. By entering this contest, participants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by Verona Collections, without further notice or compensation.
4. All entries become the property of Verona Collections and will not be returned.
5. All personal information provided to Verona Collections by the participants of this contest will be kept confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third parties, except for the distribution of the prize to the winner via mailing or courier service.
6. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance and agreement to these rules.
