A frilly lace Victorian style blouse is not ideal for every body type. However, if you would like to be In Fashion, look for a light weight silk or a lace blouse with small frills. The idea is to have something soft and feminine, perhaps a silk blouse with some lace detailing along the bottom and cuffs. This blouse will look great with a plush velvet jacket and would allow your fashion to reflect you.
